Symbolyc One and Sarah Jaffe first met at a session where Jaffe collaborated with The Cannabinioids to collaborate on a remix of Jaffe’s hit single, “Glorified High.” After that meeting, S1 anf Sarah connected and collaborated on more music and this the birth of The Dividends. “The definition of ‘The Dividends’ is distribution of profits,” says S1. “We feel that we are distributing something of value thru our music messages.” The first three sons that the super group has collaborated on were picked up by major recording artist and scheduled to be released. This immediate success has led the two to continue to work on more music together because according to S1, we feel as if we have created a new sound and have something special together.”
